When we are heading into the alpine for a high output day of adventure we zip-up the Salomon Outpeak Gore-Tex 3 Layer Jacket. This jacket offers a GORE-TEX laminate that blocks out gusting winds and quickly-falling snow while pulling sweat off of our layers. When the snow is so good we simply need to spin another lap, the large chest pockets help us melt snow off of our skins so we can change over and head back up.
